Autolus: developing advanced T cell therapies for the treatment of cancer

Challenge:

CAR T-cell therapy is a cutting-edge, complex cancer therapy that differs substantially from traditional cancer therapies like chemotherapy and radiation. There is added complexity for patients participating in clinical trials. Our clients wished to create a comprehensive guide for patients and their caregivers – from an explanation of the clinical trial process through long-term follow-up -  in order to help them along the CAR T-cell clinical trial journey.

Solution:

Learning from the experts. We gathered CAR T cell-therapy patients and caregivers together over 3 days to share their unique experiences before, during, and after receiving CAR T-cell therapy. After identifying what information, services, and support were needed, we used compelling text and visuals to create a comprehensive guide explaining the process step-by-step. The Guide addresses both the physical and psychosocial aspects of the CAR T-cell therapy journey. It is available both in the US and UK in print and digital formats.
